This is one of my mom's beauty secrets. She picked it up in England and has been a big fan of Epsom salts for EVERYTHING ever since. I used to bathe in them after a tough soccer game and they seemed to help me relax and not be as sore the next day. Now I always use them after a long run in a nice warm footbath. If your feet are sore, mix epsom salts with a few drops of tea tree oil and it can't be beat! The fact that they're extremely cheap at the local drugstore is just an added bonus.

ReplyDeleteSeriously. In fact, I was inspired by this yesterday and I had a bath with epsom salts last night... and it was awesome! As for on my face, not so much. I don't think that would be very good for my face. Too grainy and my face is super sensitive.
