After nearly 20 years of wearing eye make-up every day, I have finally figured out how to get eyeliner to last a full day.
Apply cream eye shadow underneath the liner!
Why didn't anyone tell me??

Cream eyeshadow? I don't even know what that is...
ReplyDeleteIt's eyeshadow that comes as a cream instead of a powder. It put it on underneath my eyeliner (you don't see it) and it stays on all day...and through client dinners, too!
